Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to hotel standards.
- Assist in developing creative drink recipes and seasonal menus.
- Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and hotel SOPs.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
- Previous experience in a bar or F&B setting preferred.
