Mainly work task as receptionist & manage office supplies.
But, able to assist Admin & Account Executive such as :-
- Setup company acc in term of preparation, documentation, application, etc...
- handling incoming and outgoing documents; Ensure that all incoming correspondence (e.g letters, emails, faxes) are properly recorded, distributed and actioned
- Preparing Forms; Drafting and formatting routine paperwork such as employee forms, reports and other administrative documents
- Document Drafting and Preparation; Prepare various business documents such as contract letters, memos, meeting minutes and reports.
- Filling and record keeping; Digital Filling - Ensure digital files are properly organized and backed up. This includes using document management systems.
- Track office expenses, prepare petty cash reports, and assist in the preparation of expense claims for approval
- Handle invoices from suppliers, vendors, contractors, ensuring they are processed for payment in a timely manner
- Handle claim for internal and external
- Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance of office equipment and maintain an inventory of company assets, ensuring proper documentation and control
- Liaison with Internal Teams and external communications such as Building Management, Company Secretary & Auditor
- Liaison with local authorities for company matters
- Assist with travel managements and to perform any other duties from time to time as required
Requirements :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel, Word, Power Point and Canva
- Minimum Diploma in Administrative & Business Management or related field and/or professional qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related fields
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle master lists and multiple datasheets efficiently
- Ability to work independently, positive attitude, fast learner and with minimum supervision
- Have driving license and own transportation
- Willing to travel
- Pay attention to detail
