  • Conduct and analyze Training Need Analysis (TNA).
  • Plan, execute, and monitor the Annual Training Plan (ATP).
  • Manage training budgets, apply and monitor HRDF grants and claims.
  • Prepare training proposals for management review.
  • Coordinate with external training providers for relevant programs.
  • Record and monitor staff training hours monthly.
  • Oversee training arrangements (pre, during, and post).
  • Maintain training records, SOPs, manuals, and documentation.
  • Participate in ISO9001:2015 internal and external audits.
  • Implement Employee Development Program (EDP).
  • Assist HOD with management reporting.
  • Manage applications and validity of Sabah and Sarawak work permits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
