- Conduct and analyze Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Plan, execute, and monitor the Annual Training Plan (ATP).
- Manage training budgets, apply and monitor HRDF grants and claims.
- Prepare training proposals for management review.
- Coordinate with external training providers for relevant programs.
- Record and monitor staff training hours monthly.
- Oversee training arrangements (pre, during, and post).
- Maintain training records, SOPs, manuals, and documentation.
- Participate in ISO9001:2015 internal and external audits.
- Implement Employee Development Program (EDP).
- Assist HOD with management reporting.
- Manage applications and validity of Sabah and Sarawak work permits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
