About the role
As a Assistant Manager, Sales Management you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Sales Management, plays a pivotal role in driving the sales team’s performance to achieve organizational goals. This position requires a proactive leader with a strong background in property sales, market analysis, and team management. The individual will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies, maintaining high standards at sales galleries and show units, and ensuring that the team consistently meets or exceeds targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales team to achieve desired sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure that all sales strategies and processes are effectively executed.
- Monitor and assess the performance of strategies to ensure their alignment with company goals.
- Ensure the Sales Gallery & Show Unit and its assets are well-maintained, presentable, and in optimal condition.
- Ensure the timely execution of all sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possess of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in property sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and experience in property sales processes and regulations.
- In-depth understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
- Ability to analyze data and craft effective sales strategies and plans.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and train sales personnel to achieve targeted results.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
- Location : Seberang Jaya/Batu Kawan, Penang.

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
