Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in all aspects of Front Office Department operations.
- Provide excellent customer services activities as per established policies and procedures to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
- Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation.
- Attends to guest's complaints, inquiries and requests.
- Keep up to date with knowledge of room categories, rates, amenities, facilities and services of the property.
Job Requirements:
- Able to work in rotation shift inclusive overnight shift.
- 6 working days with 1 day off.
- Well verse with front office operations and administrations.
- Guest oriented and service minded person.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
