Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.
  • Sales support for EVA customers' order (major) ans slippers' order, do price and stock checking before put into production.
  • Manage stock for EVA/Slippers.
  • Placing EVA / Slippers order to production department.
  • Liaise with supervisor on production progress.
  • Arrange delivery schedule to ensure on time delivery date to customers.
  • Prepare Quotation, Invoice, Delivery Order and do other record keeping for sales. Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
  • Planning transportation schedule for all deliveries. Monitor and check the quantity on good loading process in store.
  • Report for any complaint from customers.
  • Record and calculate outsourcing purchase such as compress and die cut services.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Candidate must at least Diploma qualification and above.
  • Computer literate in Words & Excel, basic accounting software, stock management, records keeping and using email.
  • Good in communication and letter writing skills in English.
  • Capable work in a team.
  • Able to work multitask, organised, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong ethics, reliability, responsiblility and possess positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
