Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.
- Sales support for EVA customers' order (major) ans slippers' order, do price and stock checking before put into production.
- Manage stock for EVA/Slippers.
- Placing EVA / Slippers order to production department.
- Liaise with supervisor on production progress.
- Arrange delivery schedule to ensure on time delivery date to customers.
- Prepare Quotation, Invoice, Delivery Order and do other record keeping for sales. Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Planning transportation schedule for all deliveries. Monitor and check the quantity on good loading process in store.
- Report for any complaint from customers.
- Record and calculate outsourcing purchase such as compress and die cut services.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Candidate must at least Diploma qualification and above.
- Computer literate in Words & Excel, basic accounting software, stock management, records keeping and using email.
- Good in communication and letter writing skills in English.
- Capable work in a team.
- Able to work multitask, organised, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Strong ethics, reliability, responsiblility and possess positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
