Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to grasp new projects and assess their significance and urgency.
• Convert ideas into actionable strategies.
• Negotiate and define project requirements, milestones, schedules, tasks, deadlines, iterations, and deliverables with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Create tracking tools to oversee resource management and provide updates to project teams and the CEO.
• Comprehend technical concepts, systems, and requirements while identifying project risks; work closely with project teams and the CEO to mitigate these risks proactively.
• Enhance project processes by documenting key insights to promote efficiency and transparency, integrating them into new business operations.
• Coordinate efforts between internal and external teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and delivery; maintain firm negotiations regarding timelines and budgets.
• Develop and sustain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications and processes.

Key Requirement

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, including timeline tracking and progress monitoring.
• Strong communication skills capable of establishing and driving action plans while managing resources and stakeholders.
• Excellent coordination skills with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in creating and maintainig product documentation.
• Collaborative abilities to work effectively with merchandising, oeprations, marketing, and other essential internal teams.
• Knowledge of commercial matters along with general business operations such as HR and Finance.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and current product documentation.
• Ability to clearly communicate product specifications to relevant stakeholders, partners, and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM192,000.00 - RM216,000.00 per year
