Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for smooth & proper execution of planning / implementation of projects from conception to completion
· Technically sounds and able to understand authority’s requirements and compliances.
· Involve in concept design, plan checking, feasibility study, tender preparation and award, project implementation until CCC.
· Liaise consultants and authorities for submission to ensure submission / approval obtain in stipulated timeline.
· Monitor construction progress to ensure project completion within deadline and according to approved drawing and specifications.
· Coordinate with internal department such as Marketing, Quantity Surveyor, Account etc on any matters related to the project including payment, launching, costing etc.
. Checking on the process & defect rectification of work by sub - contractor
· Other duties assigned.
Job Requirement.
- Preferable candidate who possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized institution.
- Preferably minimum 3 year(s) of working experiences in property development.
- Familiar with authority’s requirement and compliance, work scheduling / planning and good in report writing.
- Possess own transport and able to travel
- Possess a positive attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Required skill(s) : MS Office, Excel, MS Project, Power Point, AutoCAD, etc.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
