SITE SUPERVISOR

• Direct and supervise workers, sub-contractors and daily work activities at project site.
• Carry out regular inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, procedures, processes and requirements.
• Responsible as main contact person to liaise, resolve issues, perform hands-on coordination works between designer, contractors, consultants and clients (as necessary).
• Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
• Prepare and submit reports for review.
• Ability to read technical drawing is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under changing environments.
• Ability to multi task, prioritize, plan and achieve project tasks.
• Immediate availability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year relevant working experience in ID, renovation or construction industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Experience in carpentry industry will be an added advantage.
• Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
• Must possess own vehicle and is computer literate.
• Training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
