Job Summary:
The Storekeeper Assistant supports the Storekeeper in managing the storage, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. This role ensures the efficient handling of stock, assists in maintaining accurate inventory records, and helps uphold safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming materials and products.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records using the designated system.
- Participate in regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Ensure goods are labeled and organized properly.
- Support in monitoring stock levels and notifying the Storekeeper of shortages or damaged items.
- Assist in the preparation and dispatch of goods for delivery or production.
- Help in organizing and optimizing the storage layout for efficient operations.
- Work closely with the admin, packing and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide support during peak periods or high workloads.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; prior experience in a warehouse or store environment is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of inventory systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items safely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
