  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Ticketing Officer, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their travel needs. You will be responsible for booking flights, issuing tickets, and providing support for any reservation-related inquiries or issues. Your goal is to ensure a seamless travel experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in booking flights, including providing information on available airlines, flight schedules, and fares
  • Process ticket reservations and issue electronic and paper tickets using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
  • Handle ticket modifications and cancellations, including rebooking flights and calculating refund amounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to flight reservations
  • Collaborate with airlines and travel suppliers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers
  • Stay updated with industry trends and airline policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Follow standard operating procedures and company policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
