Key responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day operations by providing general administrative support to the team, provide administrative support to various departments, including documents management, filling and record-keeping.
- Management: Prepare, organize, and file important documents, ensuring that they are easily accessible and well-maintained.
- Consistent follow-up with supervisor to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner.
- Manage POD + Invoices submission on time.
- Managing employees records and timesheet update correctly
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
