Job Descriptions :-
Data Entry:
- Input and update employee information in payroll system.
- Assist in processing payroll transactions, including salaries and bonuses.
Payroll Verification:
- Verify time and attendance records for accuracy.
- Cross-check data for compliance with policies and regulations.
Benefit Administration Support:
- Assist in administering employee benefits.
- Address employee inquiries about benefits and deductions.
Tax and Statutory Compliance:
- Assist in calculating and deducting income tax, EPF, and other contributions.
- Maintain records for tax compliance.
Recordkeeping:
- Maintain organized and confidential payroll records.
Reporting:
- Generate standard payroll reports for management.
- Assist in preparing ad-hoc reports.
Communication:
- Respond to employee queries on payroll matters.
- Collaborate with payroll, HR, and finance departments.
Qualifications:-
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Able to use Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
