Job Descriptions :-

Data Entry:

  • Input and update employee information in payroll system.
  • Assist in processing payroll transactions, including salaries and bonuses.

Payroll Verification:

  • Verify time and attendance records for accuracy.
  • Cross-check data for compliance with policies and regulations.

Benefit Administration Support:

  • Assist in administering employee benefits.
  • Address employee inquiries about benefits and deductions.

Tax and Statutory Compliance:

  • Assist in calculating and deducting income tax, EPF, and other contributions.
  • Maintain records for tax compliance.

Recordkeeping:

  • Maintain organized and confidential payroll records.

Reporting:

  • Generate standard payroll reports for management.
  • Assist in preparing ad-hoc reports.

Communication:

  • Respond to employee queries on payroll matters.
  • Collaborate with payroll, HR, and finance departments.

Qualifications:-

  • Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Able to use Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
