  • Customer Service: Providing end-to-end shipment cycle communication, supporting clients with complaints, and ensuring optimal service delivery.
  • Account Management: Managing daily operations to ensure optimal service delivery to customers.
  • Education:

    • Minimun Diploma level
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is often preferred.

      Experience:

      • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation industry, is highly desirable.
      • Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

        Skills:

        • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
        • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
        • Negotiation skills to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
        • Problem-solving skills to address client inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively.
        • Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

          Knowledge:

          • Thorough understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics industry, including shipping regulations, transportation modes, and supply chain management.
          • Knowledge of international trade practices, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.
          • Familiarity with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
          • Understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing strategies.

  • Working - Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:30pm)
