What you'll be doing
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including file management, document preparation, and data entry
- Assisting with basic accounting duties such as monthly expenses report, monthly supplier invoice compilation.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing office supplies when necessary.
- Supporting the management team with various projects and tasks as required.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
