You will be responsible for ensuring safe and reliable equipment is delivered to operations. You will take ownership for ensuring a cost effective and efficient manner without harm to people or environment. Your role is specifically focused on Completions & Well Intervention within our Oilfield Services & Equipment team.
As an Assembly, Maintenance, and Overhaul (AMO) Manager – Completion & Wellbore Intervention, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the utmost importance to a positive safety culture of team is embraced and lived every day.
Ensuring production schedule and job planning process is in place and being executed across Malaysia.
Ensuring full compliance with policy and procedure.
Manage and plan the ‘asset redress cycle’ pro-actively.
Fostering a positive work environment embracing Diversity and Inclusion of all team members.
Liaising with Warehousing & Yard and logistics personnel as needed to ensure on time delivery.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have Technical diploma and at least 7 years maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical function in Completions & Wellbore Intervention business.
Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul for Liner, Completion and Wellbore Intervention Tools
Have assembly, maintenance & overhaul process knowledge and skills.
Have great attitude, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Have current or previous experience in team management / supervisory roles.
Have good oral and written communication skills.
Have experience in SAP.
Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
