JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage business projects to successful delivery.
Work closely with the key business stakeholders to initiate projects, develop plans, mandate and business cases.
Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
Develop schedules and methods for measuring results.
In conjunction with other project stakeholders, ensure that projects are adequately resourced, planned and monitored.
Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
Manage Risk, Issue and Action logs for all projects and ensure that all risks are assessed and mitigation plans are in place for all high risks.
Ensure high quality and accurate estimates are completed for all tasks and detailed project plans maintained and regularly updated.
Ensure project reporting is shared with key stakeholders at all levels.
Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Project Management:

Ability to lead cross-functional teams (developers, designers, marketers, legal).
Proficiency in Agile PM methodology.
Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA.
Shows good project management ability - ticket management, prioritization of tasks, stakeholder management.
Good communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.

Technical:

Interested, motivated and passionate about Blockchain technology and exchanges.
Awareness of cybersecurity best practices (e.g., private key management, security audits).
Good understanding of blockchain technologies and concepts.
Experienced using Web3 applications, dApps, wallets etc.
Knowledge of cryptocurrency exchange operations (e.g., order books, trading pairs, liquidity pools).

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
