  • Assisting the Company Secretary in all aspects of corporate secretarial work, including preparing board and shareholder meeting agenda, minutes and resolutions
  • Maintaining statutory records and registers for our clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Preparing and filing necessary documents and forms with the relevant authorities, such as the Companies Commission of Malaysia
  • Providing advice and guidance to clients on corporate governance best practices
  • Supporting the onboarding and ongoing management of new clients
  • Collaborating with the wider team to deliver high-quality, efficient and reliable corporate secretarial services

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
