Art Director (Event Industry)
· Creative Leadership: Lead and direct the creative vision for each event, setting the tone for visual style, design elements, and ambiance.
· Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of designers, guiding them through the creative process and ensuring that all visuals are of the highest quality.
· Concept Development: Collaborate with clients to develop event themes and visual concepts, considering branding guidelines, target audience, and event objectives.
· Art Direction: Provide art direction on-site during event setup to ensure that visuals, lighting, staging, and decor meet the creative standards.
· Client Presentation: Present creative ideas, storyboards, and design mock-ups to clients, adjusting concepts based on feedback.
· Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors (AV teams, set designers, print shops) to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
· Quality Control: Maintain quality control throughout all design stages, ensuring that deliverables are consistent with the brand’s visual guidelines.
· Budget Oversight: Manage creative budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered within scope and on schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
