Job Description:
- Manage Work Progress: Ensure all on-site activities adhere to project schedules, plans, and drawings.
- Subcontractor Performance: Regularly monitor, verify, and document the performance of subcontractors, keeping detailed records of their activities.
- Quality Control: Oversee subcontractors' daily/weekly/monthly reports and programs, ensuring timely submission with accurate information and supporting documentation.
- Asset Management: Supervise and control the utilization of company assets and facilities on-site, upholding company regulations and guidelines.
- Client Coordination: Conduct site inspections, prepare checklists for joint inspections with client representatives, and actively participate in meetings with clients, local councils, and district offices as required.
- Adaptability: Be prepared to undertake additional tasks as directed by management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Sijil Kemahiran ( Construction )/ Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3- 5 years experience in construction especially in building works , C&S, architectural work would be added advantages.
- Able to meet assignment deadlines.
- Hardworking, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to join us.
