Internship for Accounting

MHP-Miracle Health Products Sdn Bhd is a leading health food manufacturer committed to producing high-quality products that enhance health and well-being. We are currently looking for a motivated Accounting Intern to join our Finance Department. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and supporting documents.
• Utilize accounting software, including SQL, to issue invoices, manage sales orders, and create delivery orders.
• Perform accounts receivable processes, including payment tracking and customer account reconciliations.
• Support accounts payable by processing payments and verifying supplier invoices.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial transactions.
• Ensure the accuracy and organization of financial data entry in accounting systems.
• Monitor and update inventory tracking using SQL and other tools.
• Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and audits.
• Generate monthly reports on financial performance and assist with budgeting.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting procedures and processes.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with accounting software (experience with SQL is an advantage).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently or in a team.
