We are a NON HALAL all day dining restaurant situated in Likas area now seeking experienced individuals to lead our ever growing team to greater heights.

Now seeking a full team of passionate & self driven individuals to join us on a gastronomic adventure.

Requirements:

  • Possess strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Able to drive monthly sales.
  • Able to train and lead a team.
  • Able to operate and maintain standards according to the SOPs.
  • With minimum 2 years in the F&B and Hospitality Industry. ( Minimum of Supervisory level )

Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant crew work schedules.
  • Ensure proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
  • Conduct daily pre-opening briefing & meetings with crew to inform all of daily on goings.
  • Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
  • Monitor of bar inventory par level to ensure daily orderings are being placed
  • Implement ways to improve customer service.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Act as bridge between front of house & back of house to communicate operational issues and find resolution when disputes arise.
  • Contribute ideas to drive sales.
  • Manage all Beverage quality & conduct frequent staff training
  • Be responsible for all beverage stocks.
