We are a NON HALAL all day dining restaurant situated in Likas area now seeking experienced individuals to lead our ever growing team to greater heights.
Now seeking a full team of passionate & self driven individuals to join us on a gastronomic adventure.
Requirements:
- Possess strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Able to drive monthly sales.
- Able to train and lead a team.
- Able to operate and maintain standards according to the SOPs.
- With minimum 2 years in the F&B and Hospitality Industry. ( Minimum of Supervisory level )
Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant crew work schedules.
- Ensure proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
- Conduct daily pre-opening briefing & meetings with crew to inform all of daily on goings.
- Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
- Monitor of bar inventory par level to ensure daily orderings are being placed
- Implement ways to improve customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Act as bridge between front of house & back of house to communicate operational issues and find resolution when disputes arise.
- Contribute ideas to drive sales.
- Manage all Beverage quality & conduct frequent staff training
- Be responsible for all beverage stocks.
