Shift Supervisor

Job Location:

Taman Perindustrian Puncak, Ulu Tiram, Johor

Job Responsibilities:

• Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion of orders and shipments.
• Ensure tasks are executed efficiently and deliver top-quality produce
• Lead employee training and management efforts, fostering the development of a talented workforce
• Oversee the receipt of goods from suppliers and ensure quality standards are met
• Ensure warehouse team carry out the FIFO and FEFO practice
• Assist with training and support onboarding new team members
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized production area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Involve physically in production area activities such as trimming, packing, and receiving
• Handle any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM with working experience in a leadership role.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate prior management experience and willingness to work on night shift
• Result-oriented with a preference for familiarity with F&B industry and order workflows
• Possess own transport and valid driving license
• Experience in cutting vegetables / fruits or working in the kitchen's cutting department is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,700.00 per month
