As an End-to-End (E2E) QA Lead for SAP, you will take ownership of the testing lifecycle for complex SAP implementations and integrations, ensuring seamless functionality across business processes and systems within the Telco domain. This includes leading the design, planning, execution, and reporting of end-to-end testing activities to support the delivery of mission-critical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Planning:
- Define and implement a comprehensive E2E test strategy tailored to the unique needs of Telco SAP landscapes, covering modules like SAP IS-T, CRM, Billing, and integration with OSS/BSS systems.
- Develop test plans, schedules, and scope for testing SAP implementations, upgrades, and integrations in a Telco environment.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define test requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
Test Execution & Management:
- Lead the execution of functional, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP systems and Telco-specific platforms.
- Oversee testing of Telco-specific SAP modules, such as Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Revenue Management.
- Manage testing of integrations between SAP and Telco OSS/BSS systems (e.g., provisioning, order management, network inventory).
- Coordinate defect management, ensuring timely prioritization, escalation, and resolution of issues.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor a team of testers (both onshore and offshore) to achieve testing objectives efficiently.
- Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions on SAP testing and Telco-specific scenarios.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, developers, business analysts, and Telco operations teams, to ensure alignment of test activities with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between testing teams and Telco business units to validate end-to-end scenarios.
Test Reporting & Metrics:
- Deliver clear and actionable test reports, metrics, and defect summaries to project stakeholders and senior management.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing effectiveness and quality assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Test Lead, with at least 3 years of SAP testing in the Telecommunications industry.
- Proven expertise in SAP modules and functionalities relevant to Telco, such as IS-T, CRM, Billing, FICA, Convergent Charging (CC), and Convergent Invoicing (CI).
- Hands-on experience with testing end-to-end business processes in Telco, such as order-to-cash, trouble-to-resolve, and network/service provisioning.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of OSS/BSS systems and their integration with SAP.
- Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, UFT).
- Understanding of Telco-specific protocols (e.g., TM Forum frameworks, APIs) and workflows.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced Telco environment.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
