F&B Training Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Must have related F&B experience
• Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
• Identify appropriate methods and models for learning goals, methodology, and learner needs to develop and implement training programs and materials for normal and management staff
• Monitors service and food and beverage standards in Outlets. Work with the Outlet Managers, and Executive Chef to take corrective actions where necessary.
• Lead the training implementation program with the team including evaluating the success rate of the training program.
• Establishes communication with employees with F&B division to seek opinions and comments on employees training issues
• Assist with recruitment initiatives within the division and support onboarding staff, especially during the probation period.
• Identify trainers and develop a Management Training Program (1 month) and Train the Trainer program.
• Prepare a report on the outcome of the training program
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Reporting Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
