JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Must have related F&B experience
- Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
- Identify appropriate methods and models for learning goals, methodology, and learner needs to develop and implement training programs and materials for normal and management staff
- Monitors service and food and beverage standards in Outlets. Work with the Outlet Managers, and Executive Chef to take corrective actions where necessary.
- Lead the training implementation program with the team including evaluating the success rate of the training program.
- Establishes communication with employees with F&B division to seek opinions and comments on employees training issues
- Assist with recruitment initiatives within the division and support onboarding staff, especially during the probation period.
- Identify trainers and develop a Management Training Program (1 month) and Train the Trainer program.
- Prepare a report on the outcome of the training program
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Reporting Manager.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
