LOCATION: Desa Pandan, Kuala Lumpur
WORKING DAYS: Monday to Friday
WORKING HOURS: 9AM - 5PM
TENURE: Permanent (6-months probation)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum SPM or STPM, Diploma in Accountancy, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the accountancy field is a must
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Well-versed in using Microsoft Office and other spreadsheet applications.
  • Must be able to do manual and auto (System) in accounting.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Handle a full set of accounts (trial balance, balance sheet, profit and loss).
  • Process bills, checks, receipts and other documents.
  • Monitor financial transactions.
  • Assist with account reconciliations, financial statements, and aging reports.
  • Report the status of accounts and discrepancies.
  • Assist with administrative duties in order to ensure smooth running of Company business such as office equipment and stationery, handle incoming and outgoing calls and other day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Liaise with external parties – Clients, Vendor, Government Departments & etc. for Company matters.
  • Perform any other duties as management may require from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
