JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Min Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality/ Business Studies/ Food & Beverage/Office Administration.
Min Experience: 5-8 years working experience in hotel/restaurant (fine dining). Good working knowledge of Profit and Loss Analysis, Production and cost control and strong people management skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform sales and customer service efficiently with profitable operation assigned to in the restaurant with planning and supervision of Outlet and its Team Members.
Goal-setting to meet and exceed monthly sales targets with staff to improve basic food quality and service standards in daily operations.
Coordinate with Brand Communications on marketing and advertising events to promote restaurant brand and food.
Monitor daily business practices to minimise food wastage and spoilage, labour costs and related unplanned expenses.
Administer daily paperwork for timely submission to HQ(staff payroll, overtime sheets, medical leave, etc) to meet deadlines and prompt payment to staff.
Conduct daily briefing with FOH and BOH staff to maintain common goals before opening and closing businesses on operational issues for the day.
Conduct weekly meeting with Team Members on KPI and Service Points progress and any other issues relating to improvement of operation profitably.
Ensure staff implements safe food handling procedures (HACCP, sanitation) and other related emergency preparedness SOP.
Ensure daily food and beverage ordering stock checked and replenished with inventory management (FIFO & LILO).
Evaluate staff performance on half-yearly basis and provide coaching/counselling before any disciplinary action with HR.
Motivate staff to maintain quality control of food and beverage service including project management of events/functions in the outlet.
Computer knowledge and skill essential for software application.
