Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Fulfilment

  • Oversee and manage daily sales operations to ensure seamless order fulfilment, timely delivery, and optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor, coordinate, and manage stock levels, inventory, and logistics to facilitate efficient order processing.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Director to develop and implement streamlined sales processes.
  • Plan and execute in-house promotions and roadshows, working with the mall's A&P team to boost sales revenue and brand visibility.

After-Sales Service

  • Ensure the delivery of prompt and effective after-sales service, including addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns.
  • Coordinate with the service team to resolve post-sales issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.

Corporate Sales & Leads Management

  • Take the initiative in managing corporate sales leads, following up with potential clients to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to corporate clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Ergoworks products.
  • Respond to corporate sales inquiries, providing accurate and detailed product information.
  • Prepare and send customized quotations aligned with client needs and specifications.

Retail HR Management

  • Assist with retail HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of retail staff.
  • Work closely with the HR department to ensure effective staff scheduling, rotation, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee development programs to enhance team performance.

Ad-Hoc Duties

  • Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management, including assisting with sales reporting, market research, and other operational needs.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of operational processes and departmental goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales operations or related roles, preferably in retail and corporate sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge or experience in retail HR management will be an advantage.
