The Assistant Marketing Manager will lead and manage a dynamic marketing team, driving marketing efforts elevate Lamarsa Coffee Machine Company’s presence as a distributor of top coffee equipment brands. Reporting directly to the Director, this role focuses on strategic planning, team leadership, and the seamless execution of marketing initiatives to meet business objectives. Previous experience in retail premium products or the luxury sector, along with expertise in brand collaboration, will be advantageous to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing clear direction, mentorship, and support.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and share updates.

Strategic Marketing Planning:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the Director to align marketing plans with overall business objectives.

Campaign Management:

  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Work with the Multimedia Designer to create high-quality visuals and promotional materials.
  • Oversee the Marketing Executive’s efforts in social media management, content creation, and customer engagement.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports for the Director on campaign effectiveness and team performance.
  • Suggest improvements based on data insights to optimize future campaigns.

Brand Promotion & Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain relationships with coffee brands for collaboration opportunities.
  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns and events with partner brands.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities reflect the brand’s vision and values.

Budget Management:

  • Work with the Director to plan and manage the marketing budget.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize ROI on marketing efforts.
