Position Summary
Manage and lead the global corporate sales team to drive growth and achieve corporate sales revenue targets by securing contracts through global airline RFPs and the Oneworld Corporate Program. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to teams across all Points of Sale (POS) globally, ensuring effective contract implementation and exceptional account management.
Key Accountability
- Global Account Management and Sales Leadership:
Manage key global accounts and lead the global corporate sales team in implementing the overall corporate sales strategy, including contracting under the OneWorld alliance, to achieve global corporate sales revenue targets.
- Contract Implementation and Account Management:
Establish and oversee the implementation of contracts, account management practices, and servicing plans for Global Corporate Account Managers. Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with corporate customers and monitor the performance of agreements managed by the global corporate team.
- Corporate Sales Lifecycle Leadership:
Guide the team through each stage of the global corporate sales lifecycle, including initial engagement, RFI (Request for Information), RFP (Request for Proposal), contract negotiation, and implementation.
- Performance Monitoring and Reviews:
Conduct regular performance reviews with global corporate clients to ensure contract objectives are met, addressing any gaps or areas for improvement.
- Best Practices Facilitation:
Facilitate the sharing of best practices within the global team, focusing on contracting, implementation, and account management approaches to optimize processes and outcomes.
Qualification & Working Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 6–7 years of relevant experience, OR Diploma in a related discipline with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
Area of Experience
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Professional appearance with a mature demeanour, positive attitude, and self-motivation.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand and navigate complex business issues.
- Proven experience managing cross-cultural teams and environments.
- Positive work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
