JOB DESCRIPTION
- Administering and Processing Payrolls for Full-Time Staff
- Timesheet verification
- Overtime calculation
- Key-in into Quick Pay (Payroll System) & Generate payroll report
- Consolidate Payroll Report into Finance Report
- Generate payslip
- Payslip distribution
- Statutory Payment (EPF, Income Tax, Socso, EIS, Levy)
- Salary Increment Exercise/Bonus/Equity Adjustment/Incentive
- Year End closing and New Year opening in Quick Pay (Payroll System)
- Generation of EA Form for Employees
- Employer E-Filing
2. Management of Visa Application and Administration
- Responsible for all phases of the pass/visa life cycles from initial application to renewal and cancellation.
- Work closely with the immigration services/agent visa, engaging extensively with employees, hiring managers, Heads of Department (HOD) and external immigration vendors. This role is crucial in supporting international relocations and assignments for project.
3. Management of Foreign Worker’s Employment
- Fomema and Insurance Registration (Protect Health, FW Hospitalization Scheme - Tokyo Marine, Insurance Guarantee - Tokyo Marine) - Renew every year
- Submission for Endorsement to Immigration Dept (Visit Pass - Temporary Employment) i.e Work Permit - Renew every year
- Issuance of Letter for Opening of Bank Account
5. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Issuance of Contract Agreement, Freelancer Agreement & Professional Consulting Agreement
- New Joiners data update in Payroll System
- Coordinate Laptop, company phone and email requests with IT
- Registration of medical coverage for new joiners
- Issuance of Evaluation/Confirmation letter for probationers
6. Other
- Overseeing/Coordinating Foreign Worker Accommodation
- Supporting with the administration of our annual performance appraisals
- Collecting uniform & safety shoes sizes from the employees & placing order
- Provide support for daily administrative operations, including ordering stationery and pantry items, coordinating staff gatherings, and managing facility-related tasks
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced working knowledge of Excel.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Labor laws.
- Honest, dependable and ethical. With a positive go getter attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
- Graduate or Diploma preferably with specialization business or Human Resources
- Experience of at least 1 to 3 years at a similar level in Human Resources
- Well versed with local payroll processing and payroll administration
- Well versed with visa applications and administration
- Experience with QuickPay and Dayforce software’s would be advantageous.
- Able to start immediately will be an advantage

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
