  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Marketing Manager (Construction Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends and competition, and look for potential business opportunities;
Responsible for customer relationship management and business negotiations, and assist the project team in promoting cooperation;
Review contract terms and business agreements to ensure that project execution complies with contractual agreements;
Participate in the preparation of bidding documents and related business work;
Cooperate to complete other related tasks assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
Educational Background: Engineering, construction management, business contract related majors are preferred;
Work Experience: At least 3 years of QS or business contract related experience;
Language Skills: Proficient in Malay, Chinese and English, with good communication skills;
Professional Skills: Familiar with the market dynamics and project management process of the construction industry, with contract negotiation and management capabilities;
Personality: Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
Those who can accept overtime and business trip arrangements are preferred.
