  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role

As a Project Coordinator (C&S), you will report directly to the Manager, Project Management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring successful delivery of the projects by coordinating various aspects of the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To conduct regular site inspections for the construction works and ensure compliance with the approved drawings and specifications.
  • To monitor project progress and regularly update to the Project Team Leader in a timely manner.
  • To update the project quality of works by using Inspection App.
  • To apply BIM clash report to identify the clashes, prepare clash report for the project and discuss with Project Team Leader.
  • To work closely with contractor on technical coordination meeting.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Possession of a Diploma in Building or Civil & Structural Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project coordination or similar role in property industry.
  • Preferred candidates with a Civil & Structure (C&S) background; experience in property development is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point).
  • Registered as an Inspector of Works (IOW) with the relevant statutory authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A good team player.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
