Responsibilites
- 5-10 years of project management experience with at least 3 full cycle new implementation projects delivered. Preferably having a Bachelor’s degree and PMP certification is of advantage. Preference will be given to those with plantation industry knowledge.
- Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery.
- Demonstrates high ethics and values, inspires loyalty and trust, embraces diversity, possesses outstanding listening skills, communicates in speaking and writing so others will understand, engages directly with senior-level management, at ease communicating with all levels of project stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership skills. Inspires initiative and responsibility for achievement in others by demonstrating the same in self, builds successful project teams, identifies and resolves team conflict and team member performance issues, actively stimulates mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members.
- Operate under minimal supervision on medium to large size projects involving multiple products and/or platforms.
- Ensures that all SAP project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objective
- Leading and coordinating a project team overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables.
- Manage all change requests (CR) if timeline, scope or resource requirements change.
- Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.
- Advising clients on project governance as well as template governance.
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans.
- Establish detailed project plans and metrics for reporting, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
- Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Capable of resolving escalated issues.
- Providing leadership, motivation & coaching to project team members to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates.
- Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes.
- Knowledge in S/4HANA, Fiori and system migration and data conversion steps"
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per day

- SAP implementation in discrete manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
