We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our Sales department. You will act as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts on clients' projects. An event-based account would be an added advantage.
- You will be responsible for developing and managing the relationship with key clients and existing account
- Generating sales and developing new clientele for new business opportunity.
- Overall project management includes project planning, implementation and final delivery of projects to meet customer's expectations within timeline, quality and budget
- Close liaison with client on their requirements and collate relevant information, briefing our various internal team mates on clients’ requirements, negotiate and arrange for modifications if necessary with clients
- Ensure profitability of accounts, meet or exceed monthly assigned target and effective management of yield.
- Establish best practices on after-sales services
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
We are looking for :
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Exhibition/ MICE industry and possess own transport.
- Proven sales record with high sales conversion rate
- Involved in costing development, sales pitch preparation and presentation
- Demonstrate sound technical know-how of project management and cost management.
- Action oriented, resourceful, independent, self- motivated with positive work attitude.
- Demonstrate competitive business acumen.
Note: Able to read and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (added advantage)
