  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote organic product
  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaign to drive lead generation and sales conversion
  • Create and publish engaging, high-quality content (text, images, video, etc.) on various social media or e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tiktok Shop, You tube, Face Book, Instagram, Website & AI)
  • Monitor, analyse and report performance on advertisement campaigns, and use data to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  • Planning online and offline marketing event and campaign
  • Willing to work on out office hour for attend exhibition/events
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in marketing preferable in FMCG Industry
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking client)
  • Proven experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist with sample of Facebook Ads/You tube/Tiktok Ads in the past.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for a variety of social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and experience using data to inform strategies and tactics.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer-oriented approach, with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
