The Purpose of the Role

Your mission is to lead and optimize the performance of our Collection Team. You will implement processes, mentor team members, and ensure compliance while delivering outstanding results that align with SPEEDHOME’s vision for revolutionizing the rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Inspire and guide the team to achieve individual and group KPIs.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and open communication within the team.
  • Mentor and train team members on systems and management procedures.

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor team performance and refine workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Plan, prioritize, and allocate tasks to address critical cases or projects effectively.
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose updates, and implement approved changes.

Problem-Solving & Escalations

  • Handle complex cases, acting as the main escalation point and delivering timely solutions.
  • Review reports, documents, and communications for accuracy and quality.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Analyze inbound trends and turnaround times, preparing regular performance reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Communicate updates and feedback between management and the team.

Working Hours and Terms

  • Days: Monday – Friday
  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Location: On-site, with occasional flexibility as needed

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in operations or customer service.

Skills

  • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and mentor teams.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for clear interactions with stakeholders.
  • Analytical: Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
  • Technical: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools (e.g., ZOHO).
  • Compliance: Knowledge of SOPs and relevant regulations.
  • Organization: Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Collaboration: Skilled in fostering teamwork and maintaining positive relationships.
