Driver for Cross-Border Private Car Service

Job Description

We are a company specializing in cross-border car service and custom tours between Johor Bahru and Singapore. We are looking for professional drivers to provide punctual, safe, and comfortable transportation services to our customers. This position requires candidates to be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays. High performers will have more opportunities for orders and additional rewards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Pickup and Drop-off

• Transport customers between Johor Bahru and Singapore, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at destinations (e.g., airports, tourist spots, hotels).
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, meeting customer needs and assisting with minor issues.

  Cross-Border Customs Clearance

  • Familiar with the customs clearance process between Johor Bahru and Singapore, helping customers to complete the process smoothly.

    Vehicle Maintenance

    • Check the vehicle daily, including fuel level, tires, brakes, and cleanliness, ensuring the vehicle is always in optimal condition.
    • Regularly send the vehicle for professional maintenance and repairs.

      Flexible Working Hours

      • Be available to work during weekends and public holidays to meet high-demand periods.
      • Enjoy rewards for completing additional orders efficiently.

        Route Planning and Optimization

        • Plan the best routes based on customers' schedules, avoiding traffic congestion and enhancing the customer experience.
        • Be familiar with key landmarks, attractions, and roads in both Johor Bahru and Singapore.

Language Skills (Preferred)

• Required languages: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate fluently with customers.
• Additional languages (preferred): Cantonese or other dialects, as well as other foreign languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean).

  Customer Service and Attitude

  • Strong customer service mindset, friendly, polite, and able to handle various customer needs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early and late shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

    Requirements

    • No serious traffic violations or criminal records.
    • Patience and responsibility: Able to handle pressure and work during busy periods.

• Company-provided vehicle with fuel, tolls, and customs fees covered.
