  • Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain staff database and process payroll.

  • Prepare and renew employment contracts on a timely basis.

    Admin Assistant:

    • Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
    • Coordinate office supplies and ensure smooth functioning of office equipment.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Working hours: 9.00AM TO 5.00PM
