  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you passionate about smart home technology and ready to help transform the way people live? Orvbo Sdn Bhd, the official distributor for Orvibo smart home products in Malaysia, is looking for a Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Technical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless installation, configuration, and maintenance of Orvibo smart home products. Your expertise will guide customers and installers, while your insights contribute to continuous product improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice and support on the installation and configuration of Orvibo smart home devices.
  • Assist customers and installers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Conduct product training sessions for installers, partners, and customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to recommend suitable product solutions for various customer needs.
  • Gather user feedback and collaborate with the product development team to enhance product offerings.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in smart home technologies to maintain technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field (Fresh grads are encouraged to apply)
  • Basic understanding of IoT, smart home systems, and networking concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with the installation and configuration of smart home devices is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage.
