Job Description
- To support for day-to-day HR operations including administrative tasks and employee record management.
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
- Assist in the recruitment process including documentation, preparing welcome materials and etc
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and interviewers.
- Help track and maintain employee training records and attendance.
- Updating the company employee's data, policies and handbook.
- Prepare letters, memo and assist in filling the documents
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
- Support the Human Resource Department in its daily operations and administrative matters as and when necessary.
You will be undergoing your internship in the following team:
- Human Resource
Students with academic qualifications as below are encourage to apply:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills in corporate environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
