Human Resource and Admin
The Ideal Candidate must be Outspoken, Brave to talk to people and already have experiance dealing with renewals.
The role mainly consists on being an office admin (answering office phone calls, conveying messages, purchasing office supplies, etc)
the HR side of things would mean
however, you will still need to be responsible of
- Attending the weekly morning briefing with foreign workers with production and operations manager to take meeting minutes
- applying for renewal of foreign workers
- taking them for FOMEMA
- contacting Immigration for their permit renewals
- Building renewal
- office vehicle renewals
- insurance renewals and more
Candidate must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
