We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in sourcing materials and suppliers for our new hotel project. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Director of Procurement and contribute to our organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate suppliers, materials, and services for a new project.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure optimal value.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier information, quotations, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Procurement to develop and execute procurement strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Assist in managing procurement documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement department as required

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate are most welcome to apply
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
