Position Description:

Job opening at Tan Chong Motor Assemblies Segambut plant & Serendah Plant

1. Supervisor Position:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for team members.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on team performance and progress.
Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols.

2. Technical Clerk Position:

New model documentation receives and registers assembly manual & inspection manual.
Process documentation preparation (visual audit & assembly manual).
Process & Product Audit.
pdate & manage documents from principles ( Renault, Nissan, Subaru etc).
To control new material testing.
Support functions to identify key areas to improve efficiency and effectiveness through improving Process, SOS, Work Instruction job allocation and etc.

Qualifications.

Possess at least a recognized Post SPM or equivalent.
Working experiences preferable with hands on working experiences in the related field.
Have experiences working in Automotive Factory (Body shop, Paint Shop, or Assembly Shop) – either one.
Good knowledge in jig / fixture and fabrication process.
Ability to work effectively with all levels must be proactive and resourceful.
Good Knowledge in Microsoft office tools and AUTOCAD.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
