Requirements (must have)

1. Having at least more than 4 years of experience in banking payment transaction

2. Banking/Payments Transaction Domain Expertise

Candidates must have hands-on experience in Payments systems, specifically in:

· Retail Payments (RPP) –FPX, JomPAY, DuitNow services, IBG, MyDebit, RENTAS, etc..

· Cards-related Payments – MyDebit, Shared ATM Network, and ISO 8583 financial messaging for Cards backend.

· PayNet services – backend payment transaction processing and payment routing.

3. Technical Skills & Tools

Candidates should possess strong technical skills in backend transaction systems, including:

· Base24 or similar tools for backend transaction processing and log verification.

· ISO messaging protocols (ISO 8583) for Cards and Payments systems.

· Retail Payments-related backend systems (FPX, JomPAY, DuitNow services, IBG, MyDebit, RENTAS, and a variety of other retail payment solutions.).

· Proficiency in using key testing tools:

o UL Host Test Tool (HTT) – used for simulating and testing host messages in payment transaction environments to ensure proper communication with backend systems.

o FIMSIM Tool – utilized for simulating financial messages and validating end-to-end transaction flows in payment systems.

o API testing using Postman – for verifying and troubleshooting backend API endpoints in payment systems.

· Familiarity with project management and documentation tools:

o Jira – for defect tracking and issue management.

o Confluence – for documentation and collaboration.

· Candidates must be familiar with troubleshooting and validating end-to-end payment transactions, including from web to backend systems or backend-only transactions.
