Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance/facilities repairs and services.
- Prepare schedules and complete preventive maintenance activities.
- Manage projects, supervise, coordinate, and follow up on any deficiencies in contractors’ work.
- Prepare and monitor the annual plant maintenance budget.
- Keep and update all as-built drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance records.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
- Record any information discovered during maintenance work that would make the equipment/system/process easier, more efficient, and cost-saving.
- Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
- To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
Requirements
- Possess Certificate or Diploma in Electrical from a college or technical school plus 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Able to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and building construction drawings.
- Understands basic knowledge of air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing.
- Able to perform simple repair work.
