General Description & Responsibilities of the Role:
- Responding and resolving customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Making inbound and outbound calls.
- Providing support for our products and services.
- Tracking and escalating customer issues.
- Ensuring smooth operation for delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with customers.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fresh-grad with experience is a plus.
- Single with availability for flexible shifts.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
