Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage project document control activities using assigned software.
2. Input document information into the system and ensure compliance with project requirements.
3. Distribute documents to relevant parties based on distribution matrix.
4. Coordinate document transmissions with internal and external parties.
5. Support documentation system users to ensure understanding of document flow and process.
6. Maintain accurate files and control logs as per project timelines.
7. Generate required document control reports.
8. Compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
9. Any other duties assigned by the Superior and/or the Management
Requirements:
· Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management, or its equivalent
· Minimum 2 years of working experience in administration/documentation role in the construction industry
· Proficient in managing construction documents using electronic systems software
· Resolves document-related issues promptly to keep projects on track.
· Familiarity with software tools for document control (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Acrobat).
· Good attention details and able to work independently
· Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring ethical behaviour in handling sensitive project documents and information
