Event / Roadshow Marketing

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Event/Roadshow Marketing Representative to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events and roadshows. This role will focus on supporting the marketing team with on-the-ground activities to promote our brand, engage potential customers, and ensure smooth event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Support:
• Assist in the preparation and setup of events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Help manage event logistics, including coordinating materials, signage, and product displays.
• Ensure that all event materials, such as brochures, giveaways, and branding elements, are ready and delivered to the event locations.
• Customer Engagement:
• Act as a representative for the company at events, interacting with attendees to generate interest in products and services.
• Promote the brand and products through engaging conversations, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Logistical Assistance:
• Help with event registration processes, ensuring smooth sign-ins and attendee management.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery of event materials to various locations as required.
• Provide on-the-ground logistical support during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to ensure seamless event operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable with traveling to event locations (sometimes on short notice).

Pay: From RM2,900.00 per month
