Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
- Able to handle full set of accounts include accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset and general ledger of the company accurately in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- To perform financial analysis and ensure timely and proper monthly closing and management reporting.
- Cashflow Management, planning and control.
- Handling transaction entry into the accounting system.
- Verify all the AP and AR Invoices, petty cash reimbursement, staff expenses claims and payment transaction.
- Manage month end and year end closing procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial reports.
- To provide support on month-end and year-end closing for accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
- Prepare month end bank reconciliation.
- Filing of documents.
- Assist Finance HOD in any others ad-hoc task.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in finance or related field.
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in the related finance and accounting reporting.
- Able to handle full set accounts.
- Detail oriented and organized with high level of accuracy.
- Committed to work and great sense of responsibility & integrity.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel (Knowledge in SQL accounting system is an advantage)
